1999 Canadian Open - TNT interview
TNT (Dei Lynam): After the short program these two, Elena and
Anton, are in first place. And Anton, I know you said you've had some
ups, you've had some downs. Do you qualify that as certainly an up?
Anton: Today we skated good and it was really, really important
for us because we come back from the downhill and we're growing. It's
really, really important. We are really happy.
TNT: Elena, sometimes you have trouble landing on the throws.
That was not the case today. What makes the difference there for you?
Elena: I really working on that and I just feel good. It was
wonderful today.
TNT: Anton, obviously you can see fine. People see that your
eye is hurt but you can see fine when you're out there?
Anton: Yeah, I can see great. No problem.
